Safely and efficiently operates a variety of production equipment, including power presses, insertion machines, molding equipment, sewing machines, and glue coating equipment. Assembles and packages parts per written work instructions or supervisor direction.

Job Duties
- Manufactures and assembles products as instructed.
- Completes productivity and quality records as required.
- Provides a high level of attention to detail and focus on manufacturing high-quality products safely and efficiently.
- Follows all company rules and policies, all safety rules, and quality standards.
- Keeps work areas clean and organized.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Safety shoes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
- Strict attention to quality and detailed oriented.
- Team oriented.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lift up to pounds, bend, twist, and reach frequently and stand or sit for long periods of time.
- (A break every two hours.)
