- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality standards.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety practices.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, fabrication, automotive repair, metal finishing, refurbishing, or quality inspection preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and finished products as needed.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while following OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Inspect finished products and components for defects, damage, and quality issues.
- Perform refurbishing, touch-up, repair, sanding, grinding, and finishing work to restore products to company standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, and other finishing processes.
- Remove burrs, weld spatter, rust, excess material, and other imperfections from metal components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks and production support duties as assigned.
