- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Job Duties
- Operate extrusion press equipment in the stick electrode manufacturing process.
- Perform quality inspections throughout your shift to ensure products meet specifications.
- Use scanners and other production tools to track materials and production activity.
- Safely handle materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production goals.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that may be hot, dirty, and physically demanding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Press operator.
Physical Capabilities
- Comfortable working in a hot industrial environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout an 8 hour shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
