Job Description:
- Maintain equipment, ensuring calibration, and monitor performance.
- Ensure on-time delivery by planning and prioritizing work based on the ERP-driven schedule.
- Prioritize the quality of parts.
- Follow best practices and specified procedures for powder coating and silk screening.
- Monitor, train, coach, and lead your people, all while ensuring safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in powder coating at an AS9100 or ISO9001 shop.
- Must be an expert at powder coating by being proficient in the use of all its equipment and able to troubleshoot problems.
- Able to understand and comply with all AS9100 quality requirements.
- Computer skills allowing for comfortable use of our ERP and QDB.
- Able to read and understand blueprints and their requirements.
