Staffmark is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Pinckard, AL. If you have 1-2 years of powder coating or painting experience and enjoy hands-on work, this could be your next career move!
Pay & Schedule:
- $14 per hour
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for coating and load/unload parts
- Operate coating equipment and bake parts at proper temperatures
- Ensure all components are produced and coated efficiently
- Perform proper cleaning and light maintenance of equipment
- Operate a forklift and assist with other tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of powder coating/painting experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Supervisory experience or lead role preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
