Painter Requirements Job Duties
- Previous industrial painting, manufacturing painting, powder coating, spray painting, or paint line experience preferred.
- Knowledge of paint application processes, spray gun operation, coating thickness requirements, color matching, and quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, production documents, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial chemicals, cleaning solutions, paint materials, and proper PPE/safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and maintain consistent production standards.
- Ability to train and support team members on painting processes and equipment operation.
- Experience with inventory control, production scheduling, Kanban systems, or manufacturing documentation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures, and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
