Package Handler Requirements
- Entry-level position.
- No prior experience required.
- Must be dependable, flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Casual work attire.
- Work boots are recommended.
- Gloves are recommended.
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Must be comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse temperatures.
- Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling.
Job Duties
- Sort, scan, and organize packages for shipment and delivery
- Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems
- Move freight throughout the warehouse while following safety procedures
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and package processing operations
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure accurate handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced distribution center setting
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Follow company policies, procedures, and warehouse safety standards
- Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned
