What You'll Need To Bring
- 4 years of welding experience
- Strong MIG/TIG skills (manual & machine)
- Experience with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Ability to pass visual and destructive weld tests
- Blueprint reading and AWS code knowledge
- Basic math and measurement skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational welding program a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance

What A Shift Looks Like
- Perform MIG & TIG welding on various metals
- Read blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols
- Layout, fit, tack, and fabricate complex weldments
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tapes)
- Inspect completed welds to meet quality standards
- Maintain tools/equipment and perform minor maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and policies
