A Typical Day
- Support the materials coordinating / management team by performing clerical and administrative tasks related to inventory control, data entry, and document management
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of product and electronic components stocked or received
- Input and update inventory data in ERP/MRP systems
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and stock levels
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
- Help identify and report discrepancies in inventory levels
- Counts product in stock and posts totals to inventory records
- Assist with all shipping and receiving operations
- Pack and prepare outgoing shipments
- Prepare kits for production
- File and organize material-related paperwork
