Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to regularly lift or maneuver items weighing up to 40-50 pounds
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or order pickers preferred
- Active forklift certification is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
- Comfort using digital tablets, RF scanners, and basic data-entry systems
- Ability to follow OSHA guidelines and all workplace safety procedures
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Job Duties
- Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently
- Stage, palletize, or crate finished goods for outbound transportation
- Operate powered industrial trucks, including sit-down forklifts
- Use electric pallet jacks and order pickers to move products
- Scan, catalog, label, and locate inventory
- Enter and update product information in the Warehouse Management System
- Verify product quantities and storage locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free dock area
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and equipment concerns
