Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Machine operation or machine setup experience preferred
- Technology-minded with an interest in automation
- Experience working with Mesh Machine and Versa equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Resume required for interview consideration
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
- Monitor machines to ensure quality production
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Follow production specifications and work instructions
- Support continuous improvement and automation processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete quality checks and documentation as required
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
