To Get The Job You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of previous experience
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Steel-toe boots
- Preferred experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial setting.
- Proven ability to consistently meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong comprehension of written and oral work instructions.
- Motivated and adaptable individual willing to learn new skill sets and assist in various areas as needed.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Finishing of all products in the Large Format department.
How You'll Spend Your Shift
- Does quality inspections for high-quality output
- Adhere to established procedures for printer use and workflow
- Handle consumables appropriately to maintain safe and efficient use of materials
- Understanding simple and complex consumable life spans, and replacement procedures, when necessary
- Knowledge on all finishing capabilities with precision and high quality, including laminating, using a grommet machine, a wall cutter, and a javelin integra cutter
