Schedules:
- Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
- A1: Sun-Wed, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
- B1: Thu-Sat, 6:30 AM-7:00 PM
- Part-Time: Sat/Sun, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- C1: Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM

- Investigate inventory and bin location discrepancies
- Research problem orders, receipts, and inventory variances
- Perform inventory audits and product counts
- Enter and maintain inventory data within the warehouse management system
- Ensure inventory and bin accuracy throughout the facility
- Follow quality assurance procedures and standards
- Stage materials in designated warehouse locations
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate work documents and system records
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements
- Experience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
- Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
- Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Inventory Control Associate.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
- Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
