• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

As a Hydraulic Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

A Hydraulic Technician provides the technical support necessary to keep equipment, machinery, and facility systems functioning properly. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform repairs safely and efficiently.

The Hydraulic Technician works with a wide range of equipment while applying preventative maintenance practices and sound technical judgment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure maintenance activities are completed accurately.
