What You Need
- Prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
What You'll Do Every Day
- Guest Room Maintenance:Thoroughly clean and arrange guest rooms per hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Amenity Replenishment:Restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and beverages to ensure consistent availability.
- Public Area Upkeep:Maintain cleanliness in common areas like corridors and elevators, ensuring a tidy environment throughout the hotel.
- Inventory Management:Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, reporting shortages to supervisors to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Guest Interaction:Address guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety:Adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
