We are seeking experienced and safety-focused PIT Operators to join our team in Cranbury, NJ. In this role, you will operate powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment while supporting daily material handling, picking, replenishment, and warehouse operations.

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills required for warehouse systems and RF scanner use.
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse and material handling experience required.
- Must have hands-on experience operating all four of the following: Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, and Forklift.
- Experience with order picking, replenishment, put-away, inventory movement, and shipping/receiving preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, OSHA regulations, and powered industrial truck (PIT) best practices.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and move throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and handling warehouse materials safely.
- Comfortable working at heights while operating a Cherry Picker and other PIT equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Job Duties
- Safely operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Forklifts to support daily warehouse operations.
- Pick, stage, load, unload, replenish, and transport inventory throughout the facility.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse technology to track inventory and complete orders accurately.
- Inspect equipment before use and report safety concerns, damage, or mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment while following company policies and OSHA standards.
