What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry
- 10 years in leadership or management in a sales capacity
- Proven track record in business development, sales planning, and execution
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-comfortable engaging with global customers
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent
- Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead sales strategy, mission, and annual financial objectives
- Manage both inside and outside sales teams, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business goals
- Coordinate with Operations to match capacity with demand and customer needs
- Drive key account management, maintaining and growing major customer relationships
- Report on sales performance (monthly, quarterly, annually) to executive leadership
- Provide strategic input for business planning, risk management, and financial forecasting
- Evaluate long-range growth opportunities, new markets, and regulatory impacts
- Deliver financial analysis on sales, budgeting, and market trends
- Collaborate on contract negotiations and commercial terms
- Improve sales processes, policies, and performance metrics
- Provide coaching and leadership to sales staff; set expectations and performance measures
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
