Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support review, renewal, routing, and administrative tracking of customer contracts, including NDAs, pricing, supply, and material transfer agreements
- Maintain contract databases and ensure pricing terms are current, approved, and accurate
- Coordinate contract renewals with sales and legal partners to maximize revenue retention
- Enter and manage customer-specific pricing and terms within ERP systems
- Monitor pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams
- Assist with pricing updates, communications, and data integrity audits
- Provide contract management training materials and onboarding support for commercial team members
- Support reporting, compliance tracking, and dashboard generation as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales enablement
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Experience using Salesforce; exposure to ERP or contract management systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity
