CNC Machinist Qualifications: Step Up to the Machine
- 3 years of CNC machining experience.
- Proven ability with machine setup and programming.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and machining processes.
- Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 80%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Background in manufacturing or energy industries.

- Perform full machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and calibration.
- Program machines using G-code or conversational programming.
- Travel to various locations to support machining and field service operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all safety standards and operational guidelines.
