Now Hiring (Direct Hire) CNC Machinist
Birmingham, AL
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour | Depending on Experience
Shift: Monday - Thursday | 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

On the Job
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Machine steel and aluminum to spec
- Create/edit programs at the machine control
- Maintain tolerances from 0.005" to 0.0002"
- Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
- Read basic engineering drawings (preferred)
- May operate forklift or overhead crane
What Gets You in the Door
- Proven CNC machining experience
- Strong precision machining skills
- Ability to program at the machine
- Own set of machining tools required
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
Preferred:
- Forklift or crane experience
- CAD/CAM or solid-model programming experience
