Job Duties:
- Run CNC machines from start to finish - setup, operation, inspection.
- Read blueprints and adjust programs to meet exact tolerances.
- Inspect work using micrometers and calipers.
- Keep your station organized and the workflow steady.
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred.
- Prior experience working directly on CNC lathes or mills.
- Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances.
- Team player who values precision and safety.
- Must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods.
