Staffmark is currently hiring a Clamp Truck Operator in Garden City, GA for a well-established international logistics company known for driving global trade through innovation, scale, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.00/hour
Shifts: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Saturdays: Overtime available
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Training: No shift change is required, but testing may occur on other shifts
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Clamp Truck safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting
- Load and unload products of various sizes into and out of containers
- Use precision and care when handling fragile or sensitive items with the clamp attachment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Wear required PPE including steel-toe shoes and an orange safety vest
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly
