- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift and carry materials as needed
- Willingness to learn and perform hands-on tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with delivery and installation of wood cabinets at job sites
- Follow instructions from the crew leader to complete assigned tasks
- Use basic hand and power tools to support cabinet installation
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (boots, gloves, safety glasses)
- Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned
