Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read work orders, production instructions, and basic manufacturing documentation.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Brake Press, Press Brake, Machine Operator, Metal Fabrication, Sheet Metal, or Manufacturing experience required.
- Experience reading blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify product quality.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality metal components.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.

Physical Capabilities
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and move around production equipment.
- Regularly handle, position, and move metal materials.
- Lift and move materials as required in a manufacturing environment.
- Safely perform work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Job Duties
- Set up and operate brake press equipment to bend and form metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Select and install tooling, punches, and dies for production runs.
- Position materials accurately and monitor machine performance throughout production.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production standards.
- Complete quality and production documentation, report equipment or quality concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean work area, perform routine machine cleaning, and assist with basic preventive maintenance.
