Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3 pm

Looking for Assembler jobs in Walnut Ridge where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Repair drills, jig saws, and other power tools
- Inspect repaired tools to ensure proper operation and quality
- Package completed tools for shipment to customers
- Enter repair and tracking information into computer systems
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required Bosch orientation and onboarding paperwork
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
