Location: Greeneville, TN
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift: 3rd - 10pm to 6am

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of MIG welding training, schooling, or on-the-job experience required
- Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred
- MIG welding experience required
- Basic tool room and machinist knowledge preferred
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexible and dependable work ethic
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Complete MIG welding repairs related to maintenance issues
- Repair and maintain weld fixtures
- Operate tool room equipment and machinery
- Assist with prototype and test unit construction
- Perform daily and monthly maintenance inspections and audits
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation
- Execute assigned preventive maintenance schedules
- Support production operations by resolving equipment-related issues
- Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, and kneel as needed
- Ability to lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to work in a production plant environment for the entire shift
