1st Shift: Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Must-Haves for the Job
- 1 year of assembly experience
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics (required)
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward shared production goals
- Reliable and punctual
Day-to-Day Grind
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Perform simple wiring and assembly of equipment
- Use hand tools, including crimpers, wire cutters, and wire strippers
- Work independently once training is completed
- Maintain high-quality standards in all work performed
- Meet production deadlines as required
