Assembler Operator

• Perform manual and semi-automated assembly operations using various tools and equipment.
• Set up new jobs with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Inspect and measure parts using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Identify and report quality issues, supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Accurately complete documentation and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
• Train and assist junior operators as needed.

• Minimum 2-3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in automation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer and math skills.
• Familiarity with assembly and measuring equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in warm environments.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
