The Must-Have Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 2 years of AP/AR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations a plus!)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

A Look at Your Day
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments
Accounts Receivable:
- Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Monitor accounts and follow up on past-due balances
- Reconcile and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and support collections efforts
General Accounting Duties:
- Process bank statements and ensure accurate ERP balances
- Assist with month-end close and accruals
- Partner with purchasing, production, and inventory teams
- Support job costing and reconcile production-related expenses
- Ensure compliance with internal controls for procurement and materials
