Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Chino, California.
The role offers a $65,000 base salary, plus generous commission potential, with total annual earnings up to $100,000 for high performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through cold calling and company-provided lead generation
- Present product capabilities and explain value propositions to retailers and B2B customers
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and onsite visits
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend customized retail and display solutions
- Set and conduct appointments using professional presentations, including PowerPoint
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to generate, manage, and grow key accounts
- Positive, assertive, and self-motivated sales approach
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work fully onsite with no remote work
Manufacturing experience is a strong plus, particularly in metal fabrication, display manufacturing, closet or garage system design and fabrication, or wood display manufacturing.
