- 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM OR 8:30AM - 5PM
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate:
- $18 / hour
Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time, temporary Visual Display Associate to join the team at our Secaucus, NJ Renew Warehouse Center. This role is essential for supporting our circularity efforts by curating unique apparel collections for distribution to our Renew retail stores.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute Quality Assurance (QA) checks on all incoming shipments to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Manage inventory movement and tracking using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), including efficient data entry, information validation, and shipment processing.
- Systematically sort and maintain garments in backstock for easy retrieval and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare merchandise for sale by accurately applying hangtags and price stickers (tagging).
- Lead the merchandising and fulfillment process for the Renew channels, supporting both retail store and e-commerce (website) orders.
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments efficiently and securely.
- Perform UPS processing duties for all outgoing shipments.
- Provide support for additional merchandising functions as required by business needs.
- Responsible for maintaining data accuracy using a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently and with a team.
- Proactively identify opportunities and needs to best support business operations.
Education: Some College Preferred or Retail Equivalent Experience
Qualifications & Core Skills:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Retail experience is required; knowledge of clothing is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks as needed, including bending, reaching, twisting, and overhead tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of fulfillment operations and merchandise flow or other relevant experience
- MS Excel and experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS), MI9, Epiphany (CS system) & CMS (Retail Store system)
- Excellent organization and written & verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a highly collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be both detail-oriented and able to see bigger picture.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment critical.
