Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate:
- $19 / hour
Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving merchandise within the warehouse using a reach truck. This role requires strong equipment-handling skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to load and unload merchandise from racks, trailers, and staging areas
- Transport products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Verify merchandise accuracy before and after movement
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
- Inspect forklift equipment before and after use and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Support inventory movement and storage organization
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Minimum 3 years of forklift experience required
- Proven experience operating a reach truck
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift, push, and pull materials as required
