Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Packaging Associates to support pharmaceutical production operations by accurately packaging products on automated production lines. This role is responsible for ensuring each package contains all required components, monitoring packaging systems for quality and accuracy, and preparing finished products for shipment.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy when handling pharmaceutical products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on production lines packaging pharmaceutical products accurately and efficiently
- Ensure each package contains all required components according to product specifications
- Verify product combinations and package contents to prevent missing or incorrect items
- Monitor automated systems that verify package accuracy and completeness
- Follow system indicators and quality checks before handling finished products
- Remove completed boxes from the production line and place them onto pallets as assigned
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the packaging process
- Operate in accordance with company quality standards and production procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Minimum 1 year of production, packaging, or manufacturing experience required
- English proficiency required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
