Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes across all departments.
• Manage departmental budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to cultivate a motivated, skilled, and compliant team committed to delivering exceptional care.
• Oversee education administration by coordinating ongoing training programs, professional development initiatives, and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and interdisciplinary teams to align nursing practices with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Implement quality assurance measures and monitor performance metrics to maintain accreditation standards and elevate service quality.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages leadership development, innovation, and teamwork among nursing personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, with a strong background in nursing leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management within a complex organization.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in education administration or teaching at a university level is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; advanced degrees such as MSN or higher are preferred.
