Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes across all departments.
• Manage departmental budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to cultivate a motivated, skilled, and compliant team committed to delivering exceptional care.
• Oversee education administration by coordinating ongoing training programs, professional development initiatives, and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and interdisciplinary teams to align nursing practices with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Implement quality assurance measures and monitor performance metrics to maintain accreditation standards and elevate service quality.
