Rector Nursing and Rehab is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to add to their dynamic Team!!

The ADON will be assigned responsibilities include...

  • Assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) in the supervision of nursing staff
  • Responsible for direct care of our Residents
  • Aid the DON in organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of our Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Nurse Manager, 1 year (preferred) Long Term Care
  • 1 year experience (preferred)
  • Must be a current Registered Nurse licensed in Arkansas and in good standing
  • Job Type: Full-time
