Pay: $20 to $21/hour

Experience: 2 years of business or accounting experience required

Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an AP Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Process accounts payable and handle general ledger data entry
• Assist with account reconciliation and financial transaction processing
• Handle financial report and summary preparation
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Manage spreadsheets and financial reports
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Position Requirements

• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel, is required
• Experience with 10-key by touch is required
• Familiarity with basic accounting procedures required
• Data entry and word processing skills required
• Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism
• High sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Must be able to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
