Position: HVAC Project Coordinator

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $33.65/hour

Experience: 2 years of experience in office administration, data entry, or similar roles.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an HVAC Project Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking, proposals, and reports.
• Enter and manage data with precision and attention to detail.
• Support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, document management, and communications.
• Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Assist with ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate purchase records.
• Troubleshoot basic computer or workstation issues as needed.
• Contribute to improving office workflows and organizational systems.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry, and reporting).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
