Job Description
- Assist with logistics coordination and transportation support
- Prepare shipping and military shipment documentation
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, MoveWare, and DPS
- Professional phone and email communication
- Ability to work with operations teams and service providers
- Must be able to commute to the job location in Honolulu, HI
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight
- Knowledge of import rules and compliance for military moves
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old
- Works extremely well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and follow‑through
- Detail‑oriented and motivated
