Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 5 to 7 years accounts payable or financial operations experience (preferred).

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Analyze invoices and expense reports to code charges to proper accounts and cost centers.
• Process vendor payments, prepare checks, and resolve discrepancies with purchase orders, contracts, or invoices.
• Ensure credits are received and issue stop-payments or amended purchase orders when needed.
• Process customer credits and employee expense reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold payment process accuracy.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency with 10-key data entry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
