Job Description
- Monitor assigned properties and maintain a visible security presence to ensure safety.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Document incidents and maintain accurate security reports.
- Contact emergency services when necessary and follow proper reporting procedures.
- Communicate professionally with residents, staff, visitors, and first responders.
- Monitor premises and assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Perform routine patrols and remain alert for safety risks or disturbances.
- Must possess a valid ACT-208 State Guard Card or be eligible and willing to obtain one.
- Must have dependable transportation to travel to assigned sites when necessary.
- Must maintain reliable phone or communication access for scheduling and contact.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
