Pay Rate: $25/ hour

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking an Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client in Toledo, OH! In this role, you are responsible for managing work orders, maintaining accurate data entry, coordinating procurement activities, and supporting financial reporting, including customer invoicing. Serving as a central point of contact between project managers, operations managers, internal departments, and customers, the coordinator ensures all project-related information is accurately captured in the ERP system — from initial work order creation through final invoicing.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with additional software is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update work orders and tasks for accurate project tracking and timely completion.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including contracts, photos, and reports.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for daily operations.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams.
- Verify accuracy of incoming goods/services, invoices, and related documentation.
- Assist with supplier corrections and routine reorders.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Record all project revenue and costs accurately in the ERP system.
- Support purchase order issuance and goods registration.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Review work-in-progress (unbilled) reports and support timely invoicing.
- Complete special projects and assignments as requested by leadership.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with additional software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the environmental services industry.
- Knowledge of environmental products, services, and sustainability practices.
