What You’ll Do
Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind full-cycle recruiting—partnering with leaders, building relationships, and finding the right talent across a range of professional, engineering, and skilled trade roles. Your role will combine creativity, strategy, and collaboration as you:
- Lead the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and set clear expectations.
- Use innovative sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to find top talent.
- Prioritize diversity and inclusion in candidate pipelines and interview teams.
- Educate stakeholders on TA processes and market insights.
- Strive for operational excellence while keeping candidate experience at the forefront.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across exempt & non-exempt roles.
- Skilled with sourcing and ATS tools (SuccessFactors a plus).
- Proven success in diversity, veteran, or early career recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Knowledge of hiring compliance (EEOC, pay transparency, etc.).
- Bonus points for SHRM, AIRS, or PHR certifications!
