Preferred skills include experience with moves management, annual and major gift programs, and familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems. Having a background in nonprofit management, marketing, or related fields is advantageous, along with at least five years of experience in a similar relationship-driven role.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and previous success in managing donor portfolios will stand out. Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and site visits, along with the flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary, is essential.

Compensation
- Target salary: $85,000
PTO
- 1 to 3 years of service: 16 PTO days
- After 3 years: 21 PTO days
- After 5 years: 25 PTO days
- Two floating holidays annually (must be used by December 31 and do not roll over)
- Up to one week of PTO can be carried over each year
- 19 paid holidays
