What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Knowledge of internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience working with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 7 to over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Willingness to operate in a hands-on, detail-oriented capacity
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner within a mid-sized, evolving organization
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable processes to support growth
- This role may require some travel for audits and meetings
