- On-site in the Beachwood area
- $60K-105K, based on experience
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, organize meetings, coordinate logistics, and support Finance leaders with cross-functional planning.
- Communication & Documentation: Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports. Serve as a liaison between multiple departments. Manage phone calls, emails, and document filing.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange travel and accommodations, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reports while keeping budgets on track.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply ordering, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office needs. Support internal projects and initiatives with strong administrative execution.
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of administrative support experience (corporate experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with scheduling tools, expense platforms, and office systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, PE-backed growth environment.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and resourceful.
