What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Strong investigative skills and a keen eye for detail to analyze variances and identify root causes.
- Proficiency in analyzing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), labor, overhead, and manufacturing financial metrics.
- Experience working with ERP systems and vendor management platforms.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports, perform reconciliations, and support financial close cycles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across departments and locations.
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) and labor routing reviews.
- Knowledge of inventory policy implementation and change management processes.
- Familiarity with gross margin analysis by product and plant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing, costing, or financial analysis experience.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, with frequent walking within a temperature-regulated office environment.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training, including external seminars or classes.
