Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is mandatory
- 8-10 years of comprehensive tax experience, with a focus on individual and partnership tax
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing federal, state, local, and international tax returns
- Proficiency with tax preparation and review software
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including multi-jurisdictional specifics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a Big 4 or regional public accounting firm
- Familiarity with Go-Systems or similar tax software platforms
- Experience with trust and estate tax planning
- Knowledge of charitable planning and multi-generational tax strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 8-10 years of tax experience, including individual and partnership taxation
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a professional services environment
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment, combining office and remote work
- Willingness to engage with audit defense and respond to tax authorities
- Participation in company tax process committees and training initiatives
- Continuous learning to stay current on tax law changes and software updates
