Role Overview:
This is an outgoing, field-heavy role. You’ll spend your time generating leads, reaching out by phone, email, and LinkedIn, traveling to trade shows, and — most importantly — visiting local companies in person to build relationships and win new business. If you thrive off face-to-face interaction and aren’t afraid of rejection, you will succeed with our model. If you are money and career motivated, the upside at StaffEagle is enormous. This team works well together and enjoys what we do, and we’re looking for like-minded people to join us — aggressive and hungry — to launch off this solid ramp we’re built at StaffEagle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and research.
  • Run email campaigns and follow up with prospects to convert interest into meetings.
  • Visit local companies door-to-door to introduce StaffEagle’s services and secure new clients.
  • Travel to trade shows and networking events to represent StaffEagle and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, updating CRM records regularly.
  • Work with leadership on strategies to expand into new markets.

Qualifications:

  • Good Job stability and/or proven success in work and school.
  • Prior sales or lead generation experience is a plus.
  • Recruiting or staffing industry experience is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, creative, tech savvy, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with in-person B2B Business Development and travel.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and a hunter mentality.
