This position offers a highly flexible hybrid schedule, with the team coming into the office once or twice per month and working the remainder of the time remotely.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity
- Support month-end and year-end close processes in a deadline-driven environment
- Analyze financial results and investigate account variances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold internal controls and compliance standards
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance & CPA
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
